For dinner junior chef Chrisian will prepare a wonderful 3 course menu which will include South Tyrolean and Italian specialties.
Soups, house made pasta, dumplings, ribs and roasts are alternated day after day.
You can daily choose fresh salads and vegetables from the salad buffet.
